Awesome! We are about at the same stage as you are with the cross your paws trick. Maybe I can try and post video sometime soon. I was able to train the beagles to rollover in the opposite direction so now they can roll both ways - "capsize" is rollover to dog's right and "wipeout" is rollover to dog's left- that ended up being easy to teach - they both learned it in about 10 mins. Much easier than cross the paws trick.
