Gumjuwac Saddle / Lookout Mtn

Here is Echo heading up the rocks toward Gumjuwac Saddle on the Surveyor Ridge, east side of Mount Hood. About a 6.5 hour hike, 3000' of elevation gain. Trail was clear of snow except for a few patches near the top. Trail was well maintained.
Summit of Lookout Mountain, 6525'.
Climbing in the rocks, again, on the way down.
Within five minutes of getting back to car, one tired mountain dog.
